For a majority of our clients we provide services for a set monthly fee so that they can avoid unexpected costs and focus on what they do best. Our service plans are typically broken down as follows:
Diamond SLA (Flat Rate): For businesses that need a comprehensive monitoring, maintenence, support, and consultation solution for their entire organization. Our Diamond SLA includes our complete line of services with the full support of our dedicated and highly trained individuals.
Platinum SLA (Hybrid): For businesses that need complete server monitoring and maintenence, and are looking for workstation support, consultation services, and project support on an hourly basis.
Gold SLA (Hourly): For cost conscious businesses that only need to cover the bare essentials and are looking for hourly IT support services.
