EON Consulting strives to provide top notch customer service to our clients. We believe that how our services are provided is often more important than what services we provide. Our focus is to first support the people that make up our client base and then take care of their technology.
Here is what some of our clients have had to say about the services we have provided for them.
Advocace Media, Coppell, Texas
The Challenge
As a four-employee small business that consults with and represents radio broadcasters, Advocace Media needed sophisticated communication tools and I.T. systems, but didn’t have the resources to hire a full-time I.T. staff member. When the business outgrew its existing office space, the group needed a knowledgeable I.T. expert to establish a new network, move the company’s computers and data to the new location, and integrate the office’s network with the new phone system.
The Solution
EON Consulting was able to meet all of these needs, and more. In addition to wiring and setting up Advocace Media’s entire computer network, EON Consulting integrated the network with Advocace Media’s remote office in Chicago and established remote access so employees can get into the network from virtually anywhere via the Internet.
EON Consulting also integrated the company’s local area network with the new phone switch, creating call center capacity in a small sales office, and centralized virus scanning onto a single server, increasing the level of security while simplifying management of virus protection.
“I highly recommend [EON Consulting’s] Eriq Neale for anybody who needs a director of I.T. without spending the money to hire an employee,” says Advocace Media President Paul Martin. “I travel a lot, and I am incredibly dependent on our technology being rock-solid. Eriq does that. He’s responsive, and he also puts things in plain English.”
Martin is pleased the EON Consulting is also proactive, remotely monitoring Advocace Media’s technology infrastructure and preventing issues from becoming problems.
“He’ll be tweaking stuff without me ever knowing it, just like a director of I.T. would in a small company,” Martin says. “I don’t worry about any of this stuff. He makes certain we keep going. And I don’t have to have an office for an I.T. person, so it not only saves us hourly costs, but also the cost of real estate.”
